Excellent product and service

I was not at home but the Evri driver dropped the parcel without informing my neighbor

My order was processed very quickly and delivered quite quickly and just as promised when ordering. My boots I ordered are very good for the price and they have been the same price for at least 5 years since I ordered my first pair of them so very good value and a product which I like hence this is my third pair of them.

I've shopped online a few times now. I've had excellent service everytime! Website is easy to use, delivery is quick and free which you don't see very often anymore and also amazingly low prices.

First time user of the site easy to use and excellent service paid for next day delivery which was extremely reasonable and sandals arrived as promised kept updated all the way will definitely use again

Shoe zone shop did not have my size of the shoes that I wanted. So I had my size sent to me, estimated delivery date was for the next Wednesday, they arrived two days early on the Monday. Brilliant service. Thank you.

I have today received my item of this Softlites sandals.
Unfortunately the size I normally buy have turned out to be too big.
I now have to take them to the store for a full refund.
Please remember to order a size smaller on these type of sandals.
These have come up smaller than other sandals I have bought.

For the second time in a row, my order of three pairs of shoes was accepted and paid for only for one pair to be cancelled by shoe zone two days later. In a computerized world, I don't see why an order should be accepted only for the company to find the item is out of stock. It's not as if they offer any sort of apology, it simply gets cancelled and you get an email saying you're not getting the item, full stop. Bottom line, you only get the standard you pay for I guess.
